Looking to keep your energetic little ones entertained during the school holiday period? AAF holidays skills clinics offer an intense yet enjoyable opportunity to challenge football lovers in a range of fundamentals of the game. The clinics will vary in duration and price depending on numbers.
Our team of coaches customise learning programs designed to support aspiring football players of all levels (from starter to elite) and deliver these lessons in a social holiday atmosphere – that is certain to leave parents equally relaxed and players satisfied.
Our holiday skills clinics are designed to test the players abilities in a fun and challenging way. The programme for each clinic is designed to accommodate all skill levels from beginners to the more advanced SAP levels.
HOW CAN PLAYERS BENEFIT DURING HOLIDAY BREAKS?
Participation in AAF’s Holiday Skills Clinic allows kids to spend their day outdoors and unplug from technology. Our holiday clinics also ensure that children are able to maintain fitness levels regardless of any breaks in their existing training schedule.
However, in addition to the obvious physical benefits offered by participating in AAF’s Holiday Skills Clinics, the service presents an excellent opportunity to advance personal attributes to empower them beyond the football field.
The nature of our holiday football clinics – which challenge players to engage with individuals they may not ordinarily interact with – are great for the development of social and personal skills. They allow your child to make new friends, try different things and gain resilience, which promotes confidence and self-esteem.

FAQ's
How do I register for AAF’s Holiday Skills clinic?
Please visit our Holiday Skills Clinic page and submit your enquiry. Our club manager will be in contact to discuss current/upcoming holiday skills clinics and help you find the best one for your child.
Who is eligible to participate?
All players aged between 8-14 are eligible to participate regardless of skill level.
Will the Academy improve my child's development?
Yes. Here at AAF we only focus on the most crucial aspects of a kids football development, that being, how to control, pass and shoot a ball with both feet. Without this 3 tiered approach your kid will be missing the most vital elements in their footballing career. Whilst football is our focus, we are passionate about instilling the right values into children from a young age to help them mature positively
What do I need to bring to my Holiday Skills Clinic?
This will vary depending on each player. However, in most cases, the only thing needed is to ensure that your child has football boots, shin pads, long black socks and black shorts and most important water bottles to keep them hydrated. Our club manager will advise through frequent communication on any additional requirements.
How are students grouped during the Holiday Clinics?
At AAF we aim to use our Holiday Skills Clinics as an opportunity to encourage player interactions. We try not to group or separate kids during the skills clinics and encourage players to mingle regardless of age or gender. This has been very successful in past as we find that the younger players tend to work even harder when they have older players around them.
What kind of education do your Holiday Skills clinics offer in comparison to Group Training programs - and which would you recommend?
Our holiday skills clinics differ from our Saturday training program in a few ways. In comparison to our holiday skills clinics – which are based on challenging the players while having fun – our Saturday training sessions primarily focused on teaching the basic fundamentals of football. We suggest starting with the Saturday session in order to get a good grasp of what we are trying to achieve at the AAF and from there if you and your child are happy you can also attend our holiday skills clinic when they become available.
